David Grace - Newnham

David Grace is the dedicated and passionate champion that Newnham deserves. If elected to be our councillor he will fight for a fair deal for us.

David first lived in Cambridge in the 1970s and returned here 12 years ago. He is a passionate pro-European campaigner. 
He has been Vice Chairman of the European Movement and worked as a professional campaigner for conservation in Europe and for global action on climate change.

As our County Councillor, he will use this experience to stand up for our local environment. If elected, he will be focused on getting a fair deal for Newnham. He is working with our MPs and Councillors to fight for fair funding to fix Cambridge’s roads.  He opposes Labours cuts to vital local services and Winter Fuel Payments for Pensioners. He is standing up for our city’s values and will work with other Lib Dems to hold Labour to account on issues like Europe.

David says, “If elected, I will be a strong, liberal voice for Newnham, making you heard on the County Council.”
